It is no exaggeration to say that LeaseManager is the first thing we switch on in the morning and the last thing we switch off at night!
It has freed up so much time for Samantha, our main co-ordinator, that she now personally writes £40,000 worth of business a year from old house accounts and dormant accounts, where our well intentioned customer contact had lapsed because we were all too busy chasing new business.
It has definitely enabled us to develop an easy routine of regular contact with our database, that has resulted not just in incremental business and the capture of every renewal opportunity, but also the benefit of Gap and warranty income that was previously left un-prospected. The main benefit to our business being that we don't have to pay high sales commission on any of the additional income, as it is handled by the admin department as an after sale operation.
It is extremely easy to use, and so much better than having to flick between different databases and spreadsheets to cobble together the kinds of reports and letters we used to use.
Having taken the decision to go ahead with LeaseManager, I was so impressed with the level of attention we received to help make the transition as smooth as possible. It is fair to say that our records were not in the best shape, and yet nothing seemed too much trouble the guys at LeaseManager as they helped us through the maze of unravelling it all.
Although we have always prided ourselves on customer loyalty, and the quality of the business that we write; I don't think we ever properly measured it. Now with a couple of clicks we are able to accurately measure every aspect of the business, which I know is already reaping rewards in terms of examining where we get the business from, who we place it with, and which types of vehicles and funding methods are the most profitable with each funder.
